Youth Pastor

The Youth Pastor provides vision, leadership, theological oversight, and direction that creates an atmosphere of vibrant discipleship and evangelism for the youth at Faith Chapel. You will be required to manage the church-wide direction of youth ministry including building and equipping volunteer teams. This oversight includes the responsibility of equipping parents to lead their teens spiritually.

The position is part-time. However, there are other job opportunities within the church. If you possess additional skills and talents that meet the church's current needs, your work hours can be increased to as much as full-time.
